Texas House Committee to discuss marijuana reform Statements – KRIS Corpus Christi News
Contained are House Bill 99, which could stop detained for those captured using just two ounces of marijuana or less and decrease the offense to some class C misdemeanor and House Bill 439 would lower penalties marijuana concentrates, such as edibles.
