‘Pre-Roll Trail’ campaign encourages customers to explore six Muskegon cannabis shops – MLive.com
MUSKEGON, MI – A new promotion encourages cannabis customers to check out six Muskegon marijuana shops this summer.
The Muskegon Cannabis Pre-Roll Trail launched in mid-July and runs through Thursday, Sept. 30.
Adults over 21 years old who visit a store and purchase a pre-roll, a ready to consume joint, will receive a sticker on a map. When the map has stickers from all six shops, participants will receive a t-shirt.
“The tourists that are coming here, they come to Muskegon for the beach. I thought it would be great for them to explore all the cannabis opportunities that they have,” said event organizer, Heather Howell of Cannabis Consultants.

Participating shops are Bella Sol, New Standard Park Place, NOBO, Rair, Sozo and Timber Cannabis Co.
Muskegon County is home to 12 medical marijuana provisioning stores with nine licensed for recreational sales, according to the Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency.
Howell said the event promotes “cannabis camaraderie” between the Muskegon businesses and encourages customers to visit the shops.
“To let them explore all the dispensaries,” said Howell. “The goal was to get them to go to all of them.”
Maps are available at each of the participating stores, the Muskegon County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Banana Dog Tea, Art Cats Gallery, Hank’s Tavern, Marine Tap Room, Ghezzi’s Market, No Name Saloon, Unruly Brewing, Pigeon Hill Brewing and The Red Rooster Tavern.
Completed maps can be exchanged for a Pre-Roll Trail T-shirt at each of the six marijuana stores.
